Building confidence in public entities through whistleblowing support and protection

Our team supports both employees and employers in disclosures of wrongdoing (whistleblowing) and reprisal protection.

We advise current or former employees who may have discovered a wrongdoing in their workplace, and investigate official disclosures and reprisals submitted to our office.

We are also support employers (public entities) by reviewing their disclosure procedures, notifying them when we receive a disclosure of wrongdoing or complaint of reprisal, and advising them on how to correct these wrongdoings and protect employees from reprisal. Public entities are also required to submit disclosure procedures and an annual disclosure report to our office for review.

Our services are free and confidential.
